Please come by the church and pick up a folder from the Front Desk, in order to register. Only one folder is needed per family. Registration folders include a Checklist, Registration Form, Parent Agreement Page, Weeks/Field Trips Sheet, Parent Handbook and Camp Calendar. Fill our all paperwork and return to the Front desk with Registration Fee and Deposit.  For the Weeks/Field Trips form print your child's name at the top and check off which weeks and field trips they will attend. If you have more than one child, each child will need a separate form. 

Campers will NOT be considered registered until we receive the Registration Form, Weeks/Field Trips Form (one for each child), Parent Agreement Form completed, and the Registration and Deposit fees paid. All forms and fees must be turned in together.
